At Seira Lace, our team makes every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely, and in the most cost effective way possible. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours, however we do ask for your patience during busy periods. Estimated shipping times are from the day after dispatch and do not include weekends, public holidays or customs delays. Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided;

Orders may be subjected to security checks from time to time; please note should this occur, your order will not be dispatched until these checks have been completed.

All domestic and international orders are sent with Australia Post. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via your email entered at checkout.

We can ship domestic orders to PO Box addresses within Australia, but we cannot send international orders to PO Box addresses.

Orders can be delivered to a PO Box, business or residential address. If you are not home, your order will be left in a safe place on the property.
Please note, the express shipping fee of $12 AUD is non-refundable with refunds or exchanges.

+ Standard shipping can take 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
+ Express shipping; if you are located within the National Express Post Network (most metropolitan areas), you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days. Customers outside this network or in regional areas may need to wait 2-4 business days for items to be delivered.
+ Delivery times do not include dispatch times.
+ Purchases made on weekends and public holidays are processed and shipping the following business day. Please allow an extra day to delivery times for each public holiday during these times.
+ Please note if you are placing your order with Afterpay, Klarna, Zip or Paypal eCheque, your order will only be dispatched once the payment has cleared.

Please note: We are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs an sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. All purchased deliveries within Australia include 10% GST and are exempt from further taxes and custom duties.

All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Our store supports charging in your local currency. The conversion rate may vary daily based on the current exchange rate and any applicable fees set by your bank or credit provider. The final charge will be processed in your selected currency at the exchange rate determined at the time of payment. The comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as "gift", even if the order is placed with that intention.

If your order is returned to sender, a shipping fee of $8 AUD will be required to re-ship all orders within Australia. For international orders, a shipping fee of $13 USD will be required to re-ship all orders to your country.
